3D Virtual Tour Included!
When you list your home for sale with me, a professional photographer will take all of the photos of your home and also create a real 3D Virtual Tour of your entire home at no extra cost! The 3D Virtual Tour allows potential buyers to walk through your home online. It also creates a floor plan with room sizes. Many real estate agents say they offer a virtual tour, but in reality they are only offering a slide show of photos. I provide a real 3D virtual tour (made by a professional photographer). Aerial Photos Included

New MLS Rules: Photos with embedded captions (in the photo itself) are no longer permitted on Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service. I still place captions on the photos I place on MLS, but captions embedded in the photo are no longer allowed on MLS.

Discount Commission Details
The 1% Listing Commission fee (mentioned above) is for representing you as your agent in the sale of your property and for marketing/promoting your property until it is sold. The buyer’s agent commission is NOT included in my reduced commission (the 1% Listing Commission fee) mentioned above. Before your property is listed for sale on MLS, you will need to decide the commission fee you are willing to pay to the buyer’s agent.
