All of my clients receive full service, including professional photography, aerial/drone pictures, plus a 3D virtual tour/walkthrough of their entire home.
NEW MLS RULES: Photos with embedded captions (in the photo itself) are no longer permitted on Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service. I still place captions on the photos I place on MLS, but captions embedded in the photo are no longer allowed on MLS.
MLS Photos with Captions!
When I place a home’s photos on MLS, I add captions to describe the photos and a home’s features/improvements. In the photo below the title of the photo reads, “New AC/Heat Pump Replaced in 2022.” The additional description reads… “New AC/Heat Pump (replaced in 2022), new programable thermostat, and extra attic insulation.”

Discount Commission Details
The 1% Listing Commission fee (mentioned above) is for representing you as your agent in the sale of your property and for marketing/promoting your property until it is sold. The buyer’s agent commission is NOT included in my reduced commission (the 1% Listing Commission fee) mentioned above. Before your property is listed for sale on MLS, you will need to decide the commission fee you are willing to pay to the buyer’s agent.
