Discount Commission Details
The 1% Listing Commission fee (mentioned above) is for representing the seller as their agent in the sale of their property and for marketing/promoting their property until it is sold. The buyer’s agent commission is NOT included in my reduced commission (the 1% Listing Commission fee) mentioned above.
Before the property is listed for sale on MLS, the sellers will decide what commission fee they are willing to pay to the buyer’s agent.
