And we've had to do this a few times for various reasons ... it is walking distance to Fry's. You can walk to the medical facilities all around the hospital. The park directly across the lake from our house is a spot for walking and relaxing. It gives you a feeling of access to our lake verse dawn lake. Our lake is maintained by the Sun City Rec Club.
